There will be a lot of scar tissue in and around your vagina following delivery. It will take a few weeks for it to heal completely. Therefore it is completely normal to feel this way. If you feel this is increasing in size and causing you some form of discomfort I would recommend consulting with another gynecologist.
Hi yes you can start doing exercise regularly
Gargle with warm water adding pinch of salt..thrice daily..avoid oily food
Please aise khana avoid kijieye thode din jis k karan stitches ke pakne k chances ho aur daily warm water se clean karke dressing kijiye
Don't worry about it.
Keep your diet healthy
Keep your self hydrated.
Keep your skin moisturised.
Your body has gone through a lot of hormonal changes it might take some time for your skin to go back to what it naturally was.
I don't know about reducing belly...
But it helps in digestion for babies....if you are breastfeeding...
I used to have half small spoon of Ajwain every morning ...

Rest for now and take it easy. No need to hurry. Let your body recover and stitches heal. Don't bend or stretch too quickly or do hard exercises or work.
