Absolutely nothing to worry about. Breastfeeding moms usually have irregular periods as the hormones that favour the production of milk do not allow regular menstrual cycles. Some moms go up to a year without periods. I would recommend using contraception if you do not wish to get pregnant.
Firstly get it checked with your gynecologist. Avoid intercourse until your pain subsides completely. Intercourse can cause the pain to worsen, as it can lead to swelling in your vaginal area. Try to do some Kegel exercises. Applying some ice through a clean cloth also helps with the pain and the swelling.
The back pain may not be related to the C section that you had one year ago. If you have gained a lot of weight since your delivery you need to start working on reducing that weight as that could be a cause of your backache. Avoid sitting down for many hours. Get up and move around. Attempt to be more active.
There is no best, but you can opt for whatever is suitable for you. Some women get fitted for an intrauterine device. Women can have their ovarian tubes tied, or men can undergo a vasectomy. It is a decision that a couple usually makes together.
First and foremost is to know that you can receive help for this. Ideally, you need to be counseling closely with a psychiatrist. You might be given a trial of medications. Additionally, you need to keep some time aside for yourself. Instead of only working on taking care of your newborn, you also need to work on yourself. Get other members of the family to help you out with your child. Take up hobbies and activities that can help you feel better. If you feel at any time there are certain feelings that are negatively affecting you, work on them at that moment.
