Losing belly fat depends on your body type. Any work out start after 6th month. Don't do heavy exercises because of c-section. Eat healthy balanced food and drink more water. It helps muscle strength.
In normal delivery try after 3month.
In c- section try after 6months.

During pregnancy it is common. Put 1 pillow between your legs. And put another pillow for back support. It will give some relief. Stretch your foot front and back.
Before sleep prefer oil massage with any ones support.
And put hot water bag on your back for relief.
Normally doctors suggested these medicines have to use 7 to 5 days before periods.
My suggestion is don't use these tablets because later you will get side effects like harmonal changes and irregular periods with heavy bleeding.
If pooja is compulsory means better to consult doctor.
No it will not affect on bm and ur health... After delivery periods starts after 1-2months... It's normal... In breastfeeding mothers periods can delay till a year. .or it can be irregular.... So don't wry... Have a healthy diet... Don't do any heavy work till 6months...or any exercise.... Bcoz u had c-section delivery so be careful....

If you mean rituals like covering your head, not seeing the mirror etc. Personally I followed it just to be sure nothing affects my baby.
