Dnt take any medication without asking gynaec since your boy must be on breastfeed.. Wait till you get in touch with her... After C-section few women do experience heavy clotted bleeding.. If it is painful then take opinion from other gynaec nearby you.
Check once with your Gynaecologist, they will advice you...
I have answered your query in previous questions that you have asked. Due to your past medical history following your doctor's advise for a C section would be advisable at this point
Please go to the doctor immediately. Please do not stay at home especially if you are bleeding excessively. You need to get yourself checked with a gynaecologist. You might also need some IV fluids and have your haemoglobin levels checked.
Hi yes you must go with your gynaecologist decision
Towards the end of pregnancy, most women are unable to breathe well and also have increased gastric reflux. Primarily because of the increased belly size the other organs usually get pushed up a little. Try to have small meals. Drink plenty of water. Avoid lying down for too long. Try to sit upright.
Yes it is fine. Your gynaecologist will suggest what is best for you.

Green vegetables, fruits, milk, multigrains etc are good for you. Don't skip meals and take prescribe pregnancy supplements on time such as iron and folic acid tablets
