Hi it's around 10 December
It depends upon your health condition...
Consult with your Gynaecologist, they will advice you...
Could be due to nutrition deficiencies.
Get yourself examined for anemia and other micronutrient deficiencies.
Meet your doctor, improve your diet and water intake.
Try to avoid mental stress, rest adequately
If it is after one year of pregnancy then will be heavy for few days.. But it is better to get a thorough check up from your gynaec.
Do not stress much. Sleep well.. drink lots of water. And do things as your ob/gyn says. May God keep you healthy throughout the pregnancy and even after. My best wishes are with you sister
You're doing great by taking care of your diet and salt intake. Meet your doctor and discuss about your medications. Your doctor will examine you and find an appropriate treatment that should help you out
Try staying stress free, even that will help you with high BP.
Hi is there any hardness, redness or discharge?
Do not take anything artificial at this point of time because it can affect breastmilk if you are breastfeeding
eat healthily and exercise light for first 6 months
Because i have fibriods want to get rid of it. Its painful. My doctor suggested me to complete your family then they will remove it
C-section is usually considered during difficult deliveries especially if it could cause harm to the mother or the child. If you can have a normal delivery your doc will progress with it. If there are no complications your doctor will go for normal delivery. Just stay calm, avoid stress and try to eat healthy.
