Activity is the primary relation to how healthy your baby is. After about 9 months it is possible to observe a slowing down in weight gain primarily because your child will have a tendency to be more active. This usually slows down the progress but shouldn't halt it completely. Try to feed her once every two hours. Try to give her something little to eat every few hours. Offer your daughter a wide variety to eat from which includes several different vegetables, many fruits, cereals, oats, yoghurt, cheese, fresh juices, soup, beans, lentils and milk. Prepare her dishes separately without oil, spices, and almost no salt and sugar. Ask her to select what she would like to eat from all these nutritious options. This way she is a part of the decision. Next, teach her how to eat with a spoon and to feed herself. Offer her fruits and cheese as snacks to eat on her own. Independence makes children more inclined to eat. Making eating an activity on its own. Do not allow her to watch TV or play while eating. Make her sit at the dinner table with the rest of the family, so that she knows there is a particular schedule to eat and then also will feel like a part of the family.
