Hi there white discharge and itching too? Or lower abdominal pain?
This is common problem in pregnancy because of harmones.
Don't disturb them. Wash your face with mild soap . Don't use any cosmetics . And don't touch the pimples and don't use any scrubs.
Ask your gynecologist on next visit about this. She will suggest cream or ointment.
Hi drink morning warm water . Continue more liquids. Take water melon juice after breakfast. Soak raisins in hot water for 1hour then drink.
Increase your fibre food. So take leafy vegetables.
Eat lady finger or taro or bottle guard or beans curry. Take buttermilk.
It helps for constipation. Plums and dates also useful to you.
Eat with small portions and number of times. It helps from feeling heavy. Try to walk after meal.
If you feel any discomfort immediately consult doctor.

Hi the stitches mark never go. The hardness and numbness will stay upto 1year. After few months the stitches mark appears like a dark line.
If those medicines prescribed by ur doctor.. then u can continue... And when a mother breastfeed their babies then reducing weight is normal... I myself faced this too as when I was pregnant my weight was around 60 and after delivery after 1 year weight was 46.... As I was also breastfeeding my baby...... so it's totally normal in bf mothers... But yes take healthy diet and good sleep ... Follow above mentioned suggestion too... Stay healthy n happy ....
In c-section women it takes nearly 1 year.
After 6th month start slowly walking 20 to 30min. Once adjust your body do light exercises. After 1 year increase your time .
Avoid heavy exercises and heavy lifting exercises. It effect on your stitches.
While doing exercise you get any discomfort immediately stop.

Yes it is urinary infection. Need medicine compulsory. Consult doctor.
Drink plenty of water to avoid pain while urination. Drink coconut water frequently. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Prefer curd rice and buttermilk.
