First, you will have to lose some of the weight that you gained during pregnancy. And after a few months of weight reduction, you can focus on shaping your abdomen. This helps to even out the abdominal muscles and with time help lighten the stretch marks as well.
Stretch marks will never go away completely. They will only reduce in size and number. Even the pigmentation reduces after a while.
Hair loss after delivery is normal. During pregnancy, the surge in hormones increase the growth of hair and also improves its texture.
