If you are breastfeeding , avoid caffeine. You can take zeera water in moderation.
Other than this if you are aiming for weightloss .
Zeera water or green tea will not bring any significant improvement. You will have to make some healthy diet changes.
Avoid all processed , junk and fried food. Don't consume a lot of sugar
Hi start doing light exercises and walk 30 mins a day that too a brisk walk and take more fruits and fluids in the diet and avoid caffeine and junk food both

So according to the age baby has a good weight, weight changes occurs with growth, but give breastmilk every 2 hrly that will take care of weight

Even I faced the same problem in my pregnancy . But by the 7th month it went up..
but you have to take some precautions like, avoid climbing up and down the stairs,, don't bend down, mainly don't have physical contact with ur hubby, don't lift the heavy things.. avoid sitting down , Don't travel more, drink lot of fluid.. take healthy food.. gradually it goes up

Eat a good portion of fruits and vegetables along with . Consume milk and other dairy products. Include eggs , lean meat and nuts in your diet.
Increase ur frequency of intake!!! I mean to say if ur intake is 3 times a day divide the same quantity into 5 times....drink more water...go for a walk along with baby...do some postpartum workouts at home only:-)Eat healthy and fresh foods...say no to pizza burgers and other maida items.. minimize rice....use less oil:-)))
