Hi yes its ok
If the spotting has stopped there is nothing to be concerned about. However, if you have spotting and also experience pain and cramping please consult with your gynecologist.
Some times its work at least 8 to 10 hours wearing and drink lots of water and start walking starts at least 30 minutes a day then increase.
Any twin pregnancy has a slight higher risk than a single pregnancy. However, twin pregnancies progress well when monitored and mothers are able to deliver without any complications. You will have to follow up with your gynecologist regularly as well as contact your doctor if there are any concerning symptoms.
Hi dear, no I did not feel anything
Hi are you taking calcium supplements regularly after delivery?
I think it's normal only, even my friend too got like this, and it went normal...
But do check with your Gynaecologist too...
Then get it examined by your gynaec once for any clinical deficiency, also are you having cold?
As per my knowledge you should wait atleast 4-6 weeks and talk to your gynae too about it, as she can guide you as per your particular case
Hi if its not your regular cycle, then observe for 3 months for its continuity if present then get it examined
