Hey, there. Melasma generally occurs due to the hormonal changes that the body goes through during pregnancy. It will fade away gradually after few months of pregnancy.
You could wash your face regularly, use lotion and creams that are mild in nature, limit your exposure to sunlight. And it will eventually go away, so there's nothing to worry about.
Hi good morning

Stretch marks are commonplace after delivery. With time they decrease in size and lighten up. They don't go away completely. You can start with some abdominal strengthening exercises. You can apply some oil and massage your stretch marks to reduce the itching and help reduce the strain they might cause on your skin.
First, you will have to lose some of the weight that you gained during pregnancy. And after a few months of weight reduction, you can focus on shaping your abdomen. This helps to even out the abdominal muscles and with time help lighten the stretch marks as well.
Stretch marks will never go away completely. They will only reduce in size and number. Even the pigmentation reduces after a while.
Hair loss after delivery is normal. During pregnancy, the surge in hormones increase the growth of hair and also improves its texture. After delivery, these hormones decrease drastically which is the reason why hair fall is increased. After a few months, this will stabilise. There is no need to be concerned right now.
- Try to oil and wash your hair regularly.
- You can go in for a haircut. This often helps the hair to grow out better.
- Do not comb your hair very often as this also advocates a loss of hair. Comb gently and only a couple of times in a day.
Consult with a dermatologist if the hair fall is too much and doesn't subside in a few months. Right now there is no need to be concerned.
