The consistency of the stool doesn't look too bad. Although as you rightfully pointed out it is hard. However, if your son doesn't have any struggle in passing the stool there is nothing to be concerned about. Try to increase breastmilk consumption.
If the poop is of a semi-solid consistency there is nothing to be concerned about. Babies might pass stool several times in a day based on what they eat. Even eating can result in the passing of stool. However, if you observe that your child is lethargic, has no interest in eating and also not very active check-in with a pediatrician.
Please check in with your doctor. Loss in appetite and also a decrease in urine production could indicate an infection, but without checking there is no way to know what your child is experiencing.
its seems like your baby is suffering from constipation , its doesn't look like normal poop for a 5 month old baby, you should ask your pediatrician about this
Is there a reason that your child is receiving albendazole every 15 days? Ideally, it is given one every six months if required. Giving several antibiotics can also result in pain and changes in stool pattern. Also, talk to your son and try to figure out exactly when he experiences pain. Is it related to the food that he is eating? Is it because of some event happening in his life? These simple things can help you analyze better what the underlying cause might be.
Green stools can be a sign of allergy with some food you r giving or it can also be a sign that your baby is suffering from cold

Hi if the baby is active and feeding well then don't worry
Green stools aren't something to he scared of. Its seen in babies that are on a formula milk diet. I would anyways encourage you to meet your doctor so that a check up can be done. This is important, as its always beneficial to rule out any other symptoms your baby could be having along with the green stools and a doctor is the best person to do the same.
