Yes u should breastfeed him & also give him water frequently during loose motion.body should remain hydrated.Consult doctor it's been 3 days loose motions .May b he ate something from floor or any food didn't suit baby

Observe it .If again & again ants r there in diaper consult doctor may b baby's urine need to b tested & try to avoid diaper in daytime .if happened only today then may b any sweet food particles came in touch with diaper.
K.then it's fine.In middle & here & there on sides I felt it's blood & u mentioned he is active then all ok .
