12 pm rice water or formula
1 pm rice with vegitables and curd

No not at all. However to give the skin some ventilation I try to give diaper free time as much as I can. I have pee soaking sheet after his bath nap I remove the diaper and use that sheet apprx he is free for 3 pm until 8.30 pm in the night. Night time I use continious diaper as it helps baby getting undisturbed sleep.
