The best way to start anything new is to start it right away. Replace one feeding session with cow milk. Add cow milk to oats, cereals, and other meals. Make milkshakes. So many ways to introduce cow milk. Also at this time, your child will be consuming less milk than he did during his first year. So even if he takes less milk there is no need to be concerned. There is no particular process to change diets and habits. The key is to just start it and fine-tune it as per your needs.

You can reduce the quantity of enfamil and introduce very small amount of cow's milk like 2 sips at a time and gradually increase the amount of cow's milk. This will give your kid some time to adapt himself to cow's milk. Once he is comfortable you can stop enfamil completely
