Since you are going to join office in next two months its important your baby is used to drink milk other than breastfeeding... If you are not in favour of formula then express your breastmilk and give her.. Make it a habit now or else after two months will get really difficult.

Regular brushing and brush with salt and gargle after every meal. I never gave sugar or candy to him... Sometimes chocolates allowed but he never asked for more or been adament for chocolates so thats plus to me. Avoiding carbonated and sugar sweets may help alot dental health as per my opinion. And before sleep BIG NOO to any sweets.
First of all try to feed your baby with your breast 100% milk will come if not come then use satavari it best for forming milk or use zeera in your milk and add daily life it really help to produce milk
