Go for full fat milk or cows milk.baby may not readily accept but try with 30ml.do not dilute the milk as babies require fat growing up.also u can add fruits, dry fruit powder, elaichi to enhance taste.after 1 year food becomes their main source of nutrition.dairy should be limited to 400ml as too much calcium hinders iron absorption.
Hi no give only around 500 ml per day and rest of the times give only food that I'd homemade
It is good for your milk production also, but take a lesser quantity than normal until you are breastfeeding.
Thats ok if she is already 1 year old u can start with full fat milk try with 30ml first dont dilute it with water babies need the fat growing.
Hi no just apply neem paste on nipple before feeding and offer when baby is hungry and also take milk in Katori and spoon and give when baby is hungry

If baby feels hunger he ll ask for milk.. if he is not crying and playing well then its mean he ia not hungry... dont make a habit to feed only while sleeping
If you are still producing milk then give it during the night and reduce the timing of it to remove the habit and if you want to remove it at once then talk to your daughter and make her understand that big girl takes milk from a sippy cup.
I understand it will be difficult but only you can do this. My sis stopped breastfeeding at once, and it took 10-15 days to develop the habit.
If you will give in every time then she will not understand and will tend to get her demands to fulfill like this
New researches show that u can feed ur infant below 2 years even if u r pregnant and I myself did this u just have to take extra supplement milk for urself like ensure etc I feed my toddler uptill 8 month in last month I start weaning him and just 15 days prior to my delivery I totally stop giving him my milk
Yes the medicine is safe while breastfeeding but do not take any medicine without consulting doc because you are exclusively breastfeeding
