My baby sleep in 11pm
Then she wake up in b/w 4 to 5 am
Then when I give milk to her
Hi for you, if you are breastfeeding then don't use any cold and cough medication, take three times steam inhalation and turmeric milk at night and lots of fluids in the diet for hydration
Hi give small feed frequently and take burp after every small feed and let your baby lie down on left lateral position to minimize the spitting after feed
Your baby is expecting to be closer to you than just feed. New born babies can only relate to their mother's heart beat and touch in the new world outside the womb. Try to keep her upright for sometime after feeding so she gets a chance to burp. Her tiny tummy would get empty every time she passes urine so it's normal for her to hungry very often.
Fore milk is just the initial part when you start feeding and fire milk is the later part. Irrespective of which side you feed your baby, they get both.
Wait for one more month
Once your baby is 6 months old, you start the top feed - introducing your kid to simple home cooked food. By the time they are 1 year old, milk is no longer the primary source of nutrition. Your baby should be able to eat regular food and milk or any dairy product like curd, paneer, cheese to keep the calcium intake.
Hi give small feed frequently and hold the baby vertically after every feed and position properly to the breast so as to avoid air ingestion while feeding which is the most imp cause of colic pain and gases and fuzziness
Hi apply neem paste on nipple before feeding and offer when baby is hungry and also take milk in Katori and spoon and give when baby is hungry, you can give pasteurized milk alternatively
Eat ajwain after your meal. Make baby to get burp after every feed. If baby is crying due to colic pain you can give 2 3 ml of Woodward's gripe water.
