Hi yes you need to latch baby properly, so that nipple along with most of the pigmented part should be in the mouth and lower lip should be everted baby head should be elevated while feeding mother should not bend
Weight is gud ,jitne see uska pet bhr jata hai utna hi peete hai
Hi keep the head elevated while feeding and take burp after every small feed and let your baby lie down on left lateral position to minimize the spitting after feed
However have it in controlled amounts.
Don't have caffinated products like tea coffee etc.
Avoid fish. If you have had past allergies to certain foods don't have them. Don't have a lot of spicy food.
Anything that contains alcohol or consumption of alcohol or tobacco should not be done.
Hi latch your baby frequently to the breast so that baby can suck and will increase the supply of milk as in response to sucking of baby breastmilk increases as its a reflex action and take lots of fluids in the diet and avoid caffeine and junk food both and take lactonic granules twice a day in milk
You can gently rub her back
Don't let her lie down immediately keep her upright for a little while and rub her back. See if she burps
Is she unwell ? Has she passed motion ? Check for colic pain..
Yellowish Curdy vomit is normal. Don't worry about it. Burp your baby after every feed
