You can also provide milk products that can substitute a little bit for the lack of milk your baby is taking. Try to give paneer, curd, cheeze etc.
Green tea usually contains caffeine so you need to restrict and limit your consumption.
Preferably find a caffeine free one.
If you can't find a caffeine free varient try not to consume or consume it very less it till you are breastfeeding.

Try pumping n giving in bottle.if baby is not latching give dexolac n once baby starts sucking the bottle remove that n give ur pumped milk.
Babies after the age of 3-4 months they start sleeping through the night.so if ur baby is active,feeding well n is regular in weight gain then dont worry if she sleeps through the night.also keep a track on her pee and poop count.by 5 months babies double their birth weight so if that is achieve let her sleep else feed her every 2 hrs.
