There is absolutely no problem with this. I would recommend giving her some more tasks to keep her fingers and hands busy. This can include drawing, painting, playing with toys etc. Also, teach her to eat with her own hands and using a spoon. When she does suck her thumb tell her that this habit is inappropriate and she needs to stop. Do not shout at her or make her uncomfortable.
My daughter had a similar habit. But I've avoided that habit ....
Do not look mobile in front of her .. When she asked, let the mobile switch off and say ... the phone is gone. If you do this for a few days, you can definitely get avoid her habit...Remember you have to strictly avoid phone infront of her..it will definitely work
How can it be harmful... If he enjoys there.. Let him contibue.. He will learn new things nd will start adjusting to separation anxiety which may otherwise occur suddenly when you will send him to the regular school... Let him play and enjoy 😊
