Babies may cry if they r alone in room on waking up, to pass urine , bcoz of hunger , if burps have not passed properly before baby slept etc. If baby stops crying after being lifted or carried then it's ok.If crying is continuous then there will b a reason for it mostly it will b either due to hunger , colic pain , or to pee.Consult doctor if baby cries continuously & looks uncomfortable or irritated .Colic pain can b understood if baby stomach is hard on touching
New born babies may sleeps 14 to 18 hrs a day few more than that...
If baby is sleeping after feed means baby is getting enough milk...
And tickle your baby on feet and palms or under arms so that baby will awake and take feed...
But feed your baby on every 2 hrs once and on demand too...
Burp after every feed it helps babies to pass gas easily...
Most of the babies woke up at 4 am. That time they will start playing. So don't worry about this. Some babies will continue their sleep after feeding. Some babies will sleep after playing.
So few days you have to adjust and be cautious because this time they will move any side and they will roll on bed. So if you put pillows on all sides then also they will move.
So watch your baby carefully.
After 3 or 4 months sleeping pattern will change.... new born babies do like that.. sleeping whole day n night.. and some wakes up in night time only.... .... But keep giving bm frequently... In every 2 hourly... Don't skip that if she is sleeping also.... In sleeping mode u can feed her by tickling her ear or surface of foot...
Hi that might be due to colic pain and gases, hold baby vertically after every feed and position properly to the breast so as to avoid air ingestion while feeding which is the most imp cause of colic pain and gases and fuzziness
What's birth weight of baby & is baby on formula milk along with breastmilk? Not sleeping in day time is ok , sleep pattern& timings will change as baby grows , if baby sleeps peacefully in night don't worry
Newborns start sleeping at night usually by 3 months. If baby is not crying continuously then it's ok.If baby is irritated, stomach hard on touching or crying more then usual it can b colic trouble.Consult doctor in that case for colic drops
Why do u want to wean off ? Baby is not even crossed 1 yr..u can feed ur baby till 1.5 yrs of age... It is good for both of ur health....after 1 yrs u can start with cow milk...and other homemade food which u prepares at home for the family with less spice....babies do like that at this age... They want bm in midnight too,...Slowly this habit will reduce... As u will give cow milk,, fruits,, etc. Or as baby will grow.. will not demand more for bm....baby is just 11months old... Dont be worried abt this... ryt now u can give fruits like mashed banana,, mashed roti in daal,, etc. and u can give fm which should be suggested by dr. And don't wry slowly this habit will change ... After 1 yrs of age... Reduce the quantity of bm ... And give cow milk 2-3 times in a day...and before sleep in night time...baby will sleep n he will not ask for bm .... But if he cries then don't ignore it nd feed ur baby... In this app many mothers are struggling to get sufficient bm for their baby... They asks for suggestions how to get enough bm... U r lucky enough that u can feed ur baby and touchwood if u have sufficient bm... so ryt now feed ur baby on demand...... And try to wean off after 1 yr ... With the help of cow milk and healthy homemade food... Gud luck 👍
That is normal. Most of the babies woke up at early morning. Sleeping habit can change gradually while growing.
She needs mother's touch. If you suddenly leave her on bed she feels insecure. So when you leave her on bed put 2 pillows both sides for support and cover with blanket. And stay some time with your baby.
If your breast milk is not sufficient means baby will cry after every feed.
Hi that's normal as sleeping pattern differs in every baby
