Hlo dear....the skin of babies gets extremely dry in winters and if I talk about me,my baby also faces the same problem...earlier I was using Johnson's cream but it didn't suit my baby's skin so I gave a try to Mother Sparsh Plant Powered natural baby face cream. It has coconut oil, jojoba oil which does not let the skin get dry for long hours.
Himalaya is good but please do not use any j&j product. In winters try to massage baby before bath and apply lotion after bath everytime. In the picture it is clear that rashes are sue to dry skin and it is common in winters. If you want to change soap. Then try mamaerth moisturising soap. It is not harsh on baby's soft skin and do not makes skin dry or rough like other soaps. It keeps skin soft and moisturised. Rest massage and lotion will do.
Rashfree oinment is good. Along with that, don't use nappy or tight cloth on diaper area for a day. Wash the diaper area with lukewarm water many times a day.
Then don't use soap use body wash mamaearth body wash it is completely natural it has jojoba oil coconut based cleanser orange essential oil aleo vera extract so its very effective n safe
