Give Paracetamol which are giving rght now for every 4hours for 3days. Keep wet cloth on his forhead it will help to decrease temparature But if the fever doesn't decrease and the temperature remails high and the baby is not active go to Dr. Asap. But if the baby is active getting feeding properly then nothing to worry about just keep him hydrated give more water and if he's on breastfeed feed him frequently. Dont get stressed. Mom knows best just be with ur baby give him more comfort.
