Normal homemade food which u prepares at home for urself n for others as well...for weight gain u can give these..... Banana,,, or any seasonal fruit which she likes...... eggs,,, pulses,,,dairy products ,,, dryfruits ,,, roti-daal,, rice,,,add ghee in her diet.. now u can give everything to eat...

Hi you can give simple homemade food like khichdi daliya, porridge, mashed veggies, mashed potato, curd, etc And give 2 times semisolid diet and rest of the times breastmilk or formula milk both

I'm a vegetarian... So can't tell u abt which fish u can eat or not.....but if baby is on bm then u should eat only homemade food... With less spices,, n oil,,, have more Liquid food... avoid gastric food.....add hing n black salt in ur food for proper digestion...... drink plenty of water,,, have milk,, as a snack u can eat fruits,,, and eat green leafy veggies,,, dryfruits ,,, but avoid junk food till breastfeeding ....atleast for 6 months......bcoz these outside food can cause gas problem for baby....
In this present condition give only boiled and warm or cooled water for your baby...
