Hi what all you give in the diet?
60 se 90 ml pani poore din me de skti hai
There is no specific medication to increase the appetitie. However, I would recommend trying to feed your child every two hours. Give her everything to eat. This includes fruits, veggies, rice, oats, bread and milk. Ask her what she likes to eat. Prepare some interesting meals with three to four dishes in each meal. Give her fruits milkshakes etc which will help her to be more interested in her meal times.
Give her different types of food at every meal. Do not repeat dishes on the same day. Your one year old can also start feeding herself. Teach her how to use a spoon. Make her sit with the rest of the family to eat. When she sees others eating she will be more inclined to eat. It will take time. Do not give up.
What you are giving him now is fine. Additionally, you can try giving him fruits and veggies to his diet as well. Eggs, cheese, milk, cereals, oats can all be added to his diet.
You can give a little of everything to your child at 10 months. Eggs, rice, oats, fruits, and veggies can all be given to your child at this age.
You need to consider it from the date she is born. Adjusted date is just for measuring height etc. The rest of the milestones usually catch up to around the same time for both preterm and term babies.
Check the above link which I have mentioned...it has the recipe with details...
