Hi Mahi,
But when I started semi-solid foods,Dr told me to start from 6 months only...
I think your Dr also told the same,
Now baby is 5 months only,
So from 6 months you can start...
Initially I started with rice water, dal water, fruit purees, gradually with simple homemade porridges along with bm or fm...
But don't introduce all foods at a time, keep a 3 day rule, after introducing any new foods check for 3 days...
And water you can give around 30ml to 60 ml...
Lack of fluids, fiber rich foods may lead to constipation...
Give fruits like banana, apple,Chikko,papaya...
Vegetables like bhindi, pumpkin,green leafy...
Soak 8 raisins at night in water mash it and give along with soaked water in the morning...
Raisins helps to relieve constipation...
In the same way do with 4 dates too...
Give everyday curd rice, buttermilk...
You can also try apple, banana smoothie it also works...
Avoid packaged foods, maida products, junk foods...
Give only healthy homemade foods...
Try out this remedies will help you...
If your baby facing any discomfort means better check with the Paediatrician once...
Check this foodchart,it has all recipes to be given for baby, hope it helps you 👉https://gkfooddiary.com/indian-baby-food-chart-for-7-months/
