I suggest after 10th month or after completing his 1year. Now you are introducing solid foods. First baby stomach have to adjust with solids. These nuts are highly fiber food .so they cannot digest. Once they adjusted try gradually and give more water.
Give her walnut, pista, badam , peanuts, ground nuts , cashew nuts etc they r not sweet , & for recipe which u want search u tube .U will get many healthy & interesting recipes for kids in u tube.
Yes u can give daily .Try other fruits also.babies get bored easily of same food & give in day time only.Fruits r more healthy in morning.Avoid citrus fruits

But kids need sugar also . Because they burn their calories while playing. Don't cut giving sugar completely. Body needs sugar also. Give jaggery it contain rich iron and calcium.
