If its snacks then 2 hrs is a good gap but in case of meals it takes time to digest so a gap of 3 hrs.if u wish to set a schedule u need to fix the time of meals.if child feels hungry inbetween u can offer light snack.
Hi give nasal saline drops in both the nostrils and suck it back with nasal bulb to clear the airway and stuffed nose use humidifier in baby room to provide humidification and breastfeeding frequently ur baby for hydration
Hello dear, you can encourage better food habits by giving her different things on different days. You can try different recipes for babies, there are several listed in the Babygogo articles section. Help her understand the taste and texture of the food. Also, feed her at the time on the table when the family is having a meal and not separately.
Hi give only breastmilk till age of six months exclusively after that u can give formula milk and semisolid food both along with breastmilk and if baby is passing urine 6-8 times a day then baby is getting enough feed don't worry and feed every 2 hrly and on demand

There is an appetite drop around 1 year mark which i also came to know some days back when i discussed it with my pediatrician just offer food if breastfeeding its fine to offer but after 1 year solids become their main source of nutrition.
