Ford cook daliya in water then add formula powder and water to adjust consistency
1.5 cup White/Brown Rice
1 cup Black Urad Dal
1 cup Green Gram
1 cup Roasted Gram
1 cup Moong Dal
1 cup Masoor dal
1 cup Wheat Dalia
½ cup Sago
½ cup Horse gram
½ cup Corn
½ cup Almonds
½ cup Cashew
10 pods Elachi
Soak all the ingredients in water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry them.
Roast Rice till they become little like puffed rice.
Roast Dal golden brown.
Roast Sago till they are little dry and crispy.
Roast Wheat Daliya golden brown.
Roast Horse Gram till dry and crispy.
Roast roasted bengal gram till crispy.
Roast Green Gram till the color changes form green to mild brown
Roast corn golden brown or till they crackle.
Roast Almonds and Elachi till they leave aroma.
Roast Cashew till golden brown
Let them cool for few minutes.
The roasted ingredients can either be powdered by blender or mixer grinder or in power mill.
Sift the the ground flour to make it more finer.
The sifted flour can be stored in an airtight container for atleast 4 to 6 months.
How to prepare Sathu Maavu/Health Mix Porridge for Babies
Mix 2 tablespoon of sathu maavu powder with water without lumps. Cook the mixture in medium flame for atleast 10 minutes. Fruits can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.
Method : Wash it with water. Peel the skin, de-core the apple and remove the seeds. Cut the required quantity of the apple. There are various Method : for cooking the apple 1. You can steam the apples using Steamer (steaming helps in preserving most of the nutrients). 2. Take the apple chunks in a bowl, place cook them for 4 to 5 whistles (it depends on the type of apple), after the steam is out, remove the bowl. 3. place the bowl with apple, cover and cook till the required consistency is achieved. After cooking the apple either you can mash the cooked apple by spoon or masher or blend it with Blender . Do not add water, add breast milk or formula feed to make it little runny. Transfer the contents to a sterile feeding bowl and serve.
First introduce one veggie like potato puree for three days and check for any allergies, for next three days give carrot puree and if the baby is fine with both then mix carrot and potato make puree and give .
U can do it in 2 ways either sweet or salty.
1. Take suji one or two tablespoon in pan add ghee 1 or half spoon roast it till lil golden colour then add water to it. let cook it properly then add small amount of jaggery for sweet taste.
Make sure that it's in liquid form. Don't make it too dry
2. Same way u can make it salty too. Instead of use of jaggery use pinch of salt
She looks chubby to me. if you are breastfeeding and your baby's weight is fine why to give her any thing else. Being healthy is better than being fat in my opinion.
U should check to dr once.

lunch-khichidi, sambhar rice, rasam rice, carrot rice....
eve snack - avocado puree , any fruits,
dinner - khichidi, daliya, curd rice, milk rice...
