Healthy weight gain is necessary for the babies. Go for dairy food if your baby is old enough. Like milk, yogurt etc. Breast milk is also great for healthy weight. Other than that sweet potatoes, bananas and more fibrous foods should be added to the diet. Raagi is another great option for healthy weight gain. Go for raagi almonds and dates porridge is will be a great choice.
