U can make ragi in different ways
1- boil the ragi in water and add milk and jaggery or sugar in it.
2- boil ragi and add curd or buttermilk and sugar or salt or jaggery for taste.
3- boil ragi in water or milk and fruit puree in it.

Two spoon dhuli moong dal, and one spoon rice. Wash properly. Mix together and boil in a pressure cooker. At least 3 whistles. See if khichdi is cooked properly. Mash it with a spoon/fork or grind it to a paste in a mixer. Add water to adjust consistency. No salt. Ghee may be added once ready to serve.
