Boiled brocolli can b served with apple sauce...babies like it very much..but do not provide it in excess else it may cause gas.
Anyway u eat like grated, powder mixed in milk or kheer or halwa or oats.give in the first half of the day to see for allergy if not given earlier as nuts are possible allergens.
You can eat everything but in moderation....homemade food is good but not very spicy and oily... Dnt eat foods like chana, tur dal, cabbage, cauliflower as they produce gas and will affect your baby...drink lot of water, milk...
Breastfeeding mother must eat healthy but that doesn't mean tasteless or plain food... No one can eat curd rice everyday and curd can produce cough.... I had regular food post delivery..... If mother is happy and her tummy is full then she will produce good breastmilk.
Hi give solid food like, fruits, and whatever you eat make your baby eat in same plate
It totally depends on the baby's taste buds. My kids are good with simple non spicy kichdi or banana and they can have fruits all day!
