My Dr suggested to Boil the apple till the apple become smooth and add little quantity milk in it then feed her. If u like to add milk u can if not skip it np.

Wash the poha first keep it in water for minute then rinse it
Heat the pan add a little of oil in it when oil become hoy add little bit of jeera after that add hing and little bit of turmeric it and then add poha into it cook it in close lid for 3-4 minute and poha is ready .
