Soak half kg of ragi overnight. Next day tie them in a tight cotton cloth.
Keep heavy weight on that cloth
By the evening or next day you will see the sprouts of ragi. Dry those sprouts in shadow.
Fry them till you get fragrance. Allow it to cool and grind them into a fine mixture
