Hii surely u can feed ur baby. There is no issue but just make sure ur baby should be above 1 yrs of age.
You can put it in black tea and drink it's almost like milk powder taste wise.

Hi no give only breastmilk till age of six months exclusively after that u can give formula milk and semisolid food both along with breastmilk
Hai... try some raagi kool with palm sugar, raagi idly, raagi dhosa, homemade sathu maavu including raagi....raagi kali with fresh curd
Hi instead of giving homemade cerelac, give simple homemade food like khichdi, daliya mashed veggies etc and rest of the times breastmilk or formula milk both
Peel the banana, cut into small pieces and keep in the pressure cooker and leave for 4-5 whistle
1.5 cup White/Brown Rice
1 cup Black Urad Dal
1 cup Green Gram
1 cup Roasted Gram
1 cup Moong Dal
1 cup Masoor dal
1 cup Wheat Dalia
½ cup Sago
½ cup Horse gram
½ cup Corn
½ cup Almonds
½ cup Cashew
10 pods Elachi
Soak all the ingredients in water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry them.
Roast Rice till they become little like puffed rice.
Roast Dal golden brown.
Roast Sago till they are little dry and crispy.
Roast Wheat Daliya golden brown.
Roast Horse Gram till dry and crispy.
Roast roasted bengal gram till crispy.
Roast Green Gram till the color changes form green to mild brown
Roast corn golden brown or till they crackle.
Roast Almonds and Elachi till they leave aroma.
Roast Cashew till golden brown
Let them cool for few minutes.
The roasted ingredients can either be powdered by blender or mixer grinder or in power mill.
Sift the the ground flour to make it more finer.
The sifted flour can be stored in an airtight container for atleast 4 to 6 months.
How to prepare Sathu Maavu/Health Mix Porridge for Babies
Mix 2 tablespoon of sathu maavu powder with water without lumps. Cook the mixture in medium flame for atleast 10 minutes. Fruits can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.
