Avoid diapers and nappies few days. Clean that area and wipe with cotton towel. Then apply coconut oil or vaseline jelly. Always allow that area dry. Or use any diaper rash cream.
Immediately change wet cloths to avoid rashes.
It's bcoz of gas accumulated in his tummy.Its ok. It will give relief to baby otherwise accumulated gas will cause colic pain.As bm is only intake baby has check ur diet for any gassy,spicy , oily food & intake lots of garlic, jeera in ur food & have lots of water
And don't use buds or swabs...
It is quite harmful for babies...

Mostly babies do it when they feel sleepy.Check if there is water, redness, any tiny dust particle or dirt in eyes & baby is feeling itching in eyes.If u find any such in baby's eyes consult doctor
