That is fine. Salivation will reduce after a while. Give her a teething ring to chew on. Also, give her a cool carrot to chew on. If she is active and healthy there is no reason to be concerned.
If the pimples are small and not oozing then it is fine. Most babies develop pimples in their first month or so. This is because of the exposure to the environment and also all the hormonal changes within their own bodies. These pimples usually subside on their own in a while. If they increase in size, spread all over the face or form pus consult with your pediatrician.
Do show it to a pediatrician. In most instances, these white patches are due to nutritional deficiencies of vitamins and minerals. In other instances, it can be due to fungal infections. Try to add more fruits and veggies to your child's diet to take care of these white patches and any nutritional deficiencies that might be there.
There is nothing to use to favour skin whitening. Every baby will have a different complexion. This usually darkens after birth. It is good to note that your baby will have a complexion that is similar to what you and your husband have.
